bat222's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat222 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or manipulate any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Registering using false, incomplete, or borrowed identity information.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat222 customer support staff or other players.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute, bat222 operates a structured complaints resolution process:

• Step 1: Contact bat222 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. bat222 aims to respond within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Step 2: If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate by formally requesting a senior review, providing all relevant account history and correspondence.
• Step 3: bat222 will issue a final written decision within 15 business days of the escalation request.

bat222 does not recognise unsolicited chargebacks as a dispute resolution mechanism. Initiating a chargeback prior to completing the complaint process constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

bat222 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. bat222 may, at its discretion, provide additional notice of significant changes via account notification or email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

This Agreement, together with bat222's Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bat222 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
